Annual compliance services
1) Members grievances
- Reply to members grievances on Society Letter head.
2) Transfer of Flats/Shops
- Legal Opinion / Certificate about the required documentation & compliance process related to Sale/ transfer of Flat will be provided
3) Allied / Adhoc Services
a) Society Litigation Matters: Any litigation matter for & on behalf of the Society against Public / Pvt Authority or Member of the Society will be provided.
b) Society Formation: Formation of the Society and handing over all the documentation including funds from the Builder including Audit of Builders Expense Accounts.
c) Deemed Conveyance: Deemed Conveyance of the Society Land and to secure New Property Card with the Name of the Society.
d) Society Election: From Appointment of Election Authority to conducting true & fair Elections to appoint New Managing Committee for the Society
